: If the Government of Nepal becomes a shareholder in the petroleum work, the Government of Nepal will request the contractor to pay its share of the petroleum expenses incurred by the contractor during the time it intends to become a shareholder in the petroleum work according to the conditions specified in the petroleum agreement without interest. However, the contractor is not required to claim any part of the expenses incurred for training and education, bonus paid to the Government of Nepal or any other amount.
